Thanks to our PTO for paying for our Randy Nadler Assemblies today. He’s talking to our students about India, so make sure to ask them questions when they get home today.

Reminder that the school store is today. Students love to bring a buck and go shopping.

The PTO will run a quick box top contest this week.  If we can collect $300 as a school by this Thursday, Mr. Dial will breathe in helium and do the morning and afternoon announcements!  Box tops may be turned into the school office.  Thank you for your support!

Pancake feed and silent auction until noon at 3rd and Tecumseh Road. One of the few pancake feeds that serves eggs so bring your own hot sauce! Mr. Dial will be making pancakes from 8:00-10:00.

No school or BGC today, February 20th. SHMS and SHHS Parent Teacher Conferences are still on from 4:00-8:00.

Join the PTO at the Glory Days Pizza at Lake Shawnee TONIGHT to enjoy great deals on pizza and support your school at the same time! Flyers were emailed to parents. Whichever class has the highest participation will also receive a pizza party at school!

If you have a child who will be 5 years old by August 31st, 2019 and plan on sending him/her to kindergarten this fall, please contact the school office at 379-5950 to sign them up for kindergarten round up.   Kindergarten round up will be held on April 22nd at 1pm.  Pre- registration paperwork will be mailed late March to those who have signed up to attend round up.

Tecumseh South Bingo Night is March 7th at 5:30pm. Everything’s a Dollar! Join us for a night of Pizza, Bingo, and prizes! Pizza will be served starting at 5:30 and bingo will begin at 6:00. **Pre-Orders for Bingo Night will begin March 4th! **Donations to use as prizes are needed for Bingo Night! We would like new or like new items such as, stuffed animals, puzzles, card games, toys, books, art supplies, unused candles, picture frames, gift cards…anything and everything. Prizes are needed for children and adults. Donations can be dropped off in the office.

The PTO meeting for tonight has been canceled.  Once it has been rescheduled at date and time will be sent out.

We have free Valentines in the office if any kiddos need any. Tell them to stop the office on Tuesday and Wednesday to pick them up.

Due to the wonderful day, we had yesterday, the lunch menu has changed. Today: Chicken Nuggets Sweet N Sour Sauce Fried Rice Romaine Salad Pineapple Low-fat Milk Tuesday: Crispito Nacho Cheese Dip w/Chips Mixed Vegtables Pears Low-Fat Milk So there is no Mr. Rib on Tuesday. Sandwich of the day today is Bologna – due to the weather and it all being thawed we have to use it today. NO PBJ.

No school for TS and USD 450 on Thursday, February 7th. Short and sweet announcements are always better than a silly song!

Tecumseh Kiwanis Club pancake feed and silent auction will be held on Saturday, February 16th from 7AM-12:00PM at the Tecumseh United Methodist Church. Tickets are $5.00 (6 yrs and under free)for pancakes, eggs, sausage, coffee and orange juice Proceeds benefit KIWANIS children's and community program including ones at Tecumseh South. Mr. Dial will be flipping pancakes from 8:00-10:00. Kids can try their luck at catching them or order Mickey Mouse pancakes.

Today is the first Monday of February so that means it is “TS Senor Burrito Night”! Be there or be 🔲.

TS Stocking Hats are for sale in the office for $10.

The last day for boys intramural basketball will be tomorrow morning at 7:30am. Girls intramurals will have 3 more days after school.
