🎭 📚Our 5th grade students performed a play that went along with their reading unit from last week. This unit focused on theme and characters so students created their own puppets to portray a story to their classmates.

Garden Club met yesterday after school and planted 🌷 and 🧄! They also worked on trimming the moon tree.
🦖🦴For the past two weeks, the students in Mrs.Vanort's PreK class have been learning about fossils. Today, they were paleontologists and dug up dino bones.
STANGS Club will be selling bag tags at morning assembly on Tuesday and Wednesday. They are $1 each or 6 for $5.
Each student made their own campfire for Mrs. Martinez's first glad class and then did their 🔦reading under their 🏕️

Our 🎨teacher, Mrs. Permenter has done it again!! Another project that is a student favorite!!! Mrs. Thornton's 5th grade class started painting their pumpkins today! These are made using only toilet paper and water! 😱🎃

Congratulations to these students for earning September's Key of "INTEGRITY". They demonstrate positive personal values in all they do and say.
❎Kindergarten is working on their letter X for their alphabet exchange! They turned them into pirate maps for “x marks the spot”. Kindergarten will send 25 of these Xs to 25 different schools around the US and get the other 25 letters of the alphabet back from those 25 different schools around the US.
